10 Grunge Paint Overlays

Instructions:

1. Drag and drop any overlay into your document in Photoshop or your preferred image editing software.
2. Set the blending mode (ex. Hard Light, Overlay, Soft Light, Linear Light, etc.).
3. Adjust the layer opacity to decrease the effect. Duplicate the layer to increase the effect.
