Go to Window > Actions. Click on the panel menu (top-right corner of the panel) then click Load Actions. Browse for the "3D Retro Text Creator by SparkleStock.atn" file then click Load.
In your Actions panel (Window > Actions), select the "Render All Effects" action then click the play button.

Run the *.zxp file and follow the instructions.

Usage Tips
The actions are pretty straight forward to use. Simply select a text layer then run any of the actions. Here are some tips:
The arrows in the action name points to the direction of the extrusion. For example, the action will create a 3D extrusion towards the bottom left.
The number of arrows corrosponds with the extrusion thickness.
To change the text, double-click into the Smart Objects to edit the contents. Make sure you crop your image dimension so that it reveals everything or go to Image > Reveal All.
To change the direction of the lights in the shaded effects, double-click on any of the extrusion layers with the "Drop Shadow" style then adjust the angle setting. All the layers will be updated to match this new light angle.
